The position requires the set-up and operation of 2 or more multiple screw machines involving intricate operations and close tolerances. Ideal candidate will 5+ years of setup and operation experience including re-grinding tools, making minor repair and adjustments to tooling, ability to read drawings, micrometers, other measuring instruments and a fundamental understanding of SPC.

We seek a highly experienced machinist to setup/operate/debug CNC lathes and mills.  Experience with Takamaz, Stars, Citizens, Hardinge and other CNC machines with Fanuc controls.  Must be able to interpret prints and use micrometers and other instruments to measure for tolerance levels.
